Our SUPERIOR 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is from just outside our family's village of San Giovanni in Galdo, Molise, Italy. The Molise region of Italy is known for some of the best olives and olive oil in the world. Our olives grow in optimum conditions thanks to the micro-climate of the area. The characteristics of our first cold-pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil are medium fruity, harmonic with a slight bitter spiciness, green with yellow streaks. Your dipping, marinating, roasting, and sautéing experience will never be better!
