- 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Instant Yeast or 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Yeast
- 1/2 tbsp De Massimo's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pizza Toppings
- 1 12oz jar De Massimo's Pizza Sauce
- 1/4 lb Mild Italian Sausage (Crumbled)
- 2 Roma Tomatoes
- 1 6oz Fresh Sliced Mozzarella Ball
Instructions
Pizza Dough
- Combine flour, salt, and yeast in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook attachment. Stir to combine.
- Add 1 Cup of Water and mix on low speed until the dough comes together in a rough ball.
- Continue mixing at medium-low speed until the dough forms a smooth, silky ball, about 10 minutes
- Form the dough into a tight ball and set in the bottom of the mixer bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm place until the dough has roughly doubled in size. This will take about an hour. You can proof the dough ball longer if you desire.

- Top with crumbled sausage, sliced roma tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella slices.
- With a brush, lightly coat the crust with De Massimo's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Bake the pizza at 450 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Let cool, cut, and enjoy!
