Try our Mini Fontina Panini! Made with DeMassimo's authentic Italian pizza sauce, every bite is bursting with flavor. The warm, gooey fontina cheese melts perfectly on the crispy panini bread, and with just the right amount of DeMassimo's sauce, each bite is a slice of heaven. Ingredients

10 slices Fontina Cheese
1 8 oz. loaf Panini-style Bread (Ciabatta, cut in half horizontally)
3 tbsp DeMassimo’s Authentic Pizza Sauce

Instructions

Preheat panini press
Spread bottom half of bread with DeMassimo’s Authentic Pizza Sauce. Top with 2 slices of Fontina Cheese each. Top with Bread.
Place sandwich in panini press; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts and bread is toasted. Leave in half or cut into quarters and serve hot.
