These Olive Oil Chocolate Chip Cookies are the perfect combination of sweet and savory!   • 1 cup DeMassimo’s Extra Virgin Olive Oi
  • 1 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • .75 cup Granulated Sugar
  • .75 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • .5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line one baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Add DeMassimo’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Vanilla, both sugars and salt to a large mixing bowl. Mix until consistency is smooth.
  • Mix in the Egg. Blend until the batter is completely smooth again.
  • Add the flour and baking soda to the bowl and mix just until it’s fully incorporated, and you don’t see any dry spots of flour.
  • Fold in the Chocolate Chips.
  • Use your hands to shape the batter into balls, about 2 Tablespoons each. Add to parchment lined baking sheets leaving about 2-inches between each cookie.
  • Using the palm of your hand, flatten each cookie about halfway.
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until cookies are golden brown along the edges.
  • Remove cookies from sheet tray to cool.
