  • 1 giant pot whatever people
  • 1 strainer
  • 1 wooden spoon

Directions for Linguini

  • 1 lb. Linguini
  • 1 qrt. DeMassimos Authentic Pasta Sauce
  • Parmigiano-Reggiano for serving

Directions for Meatballs

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • .5 lb. Ground Pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small Yellow Onion dice small
  • 1 Garlic Clove minced
  • .75 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • .25 cup Bread Crumbs
  • .25 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Italian Parsley chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 qrt. DeMassimo’s Authentic Pasta Sauce

Directions for the Linguini

  • Bring DeMassimo’s Authentic Pasta Sauce to a gentle simmer.  Meanwhile, in a medium pot of salted boiling water, cook Rigatoni until just shy of al dente, about 2 minutes less than the package directs.
  • Drain Linguini and pour into a serving bowl.  Gently ladle the Pasta Sauce over the Linguini and toss lightly.
  • Garnish with Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese and serve hot.

Directions for the Meatballs

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Spray baking sheet.  In a saucepan, bring DeMassimo’s Authentic Pasta Sauce to a gentle simmer.
  • In a medium bowl, combine Beef and Pork then incorporate the Egg, diced Onion, minced Garlic, Parmesan Cheese, Parsley and salt and pepper to taste.  Mix all ingredients together.
  • In a small bowl, mix Bread Crumbs with Water.  Bread Crumbs will absorb the water and puff up.  Add this mixture to the meat mixture and mix all together with your hands.
  • Shape the meat mixture into 2-inch balls.
  • Arrange Meatballs onto prepared baking sheet, leaving ½-inch between each meatball.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes and then finish another 5-10 minutes in the simmering sauce.
  • Serve with Linguini or on the side.
