Instructions
Directions for the Linguini
- Bring DeMassimo’s Authentic Pasta Sauce to a gentle simmer. Meanwhile, in a medium pot of salted boiling water, cook Rigatoni until just shy of al dente, about 2 minutes less than the package directs.
- Drain Linguini and pour into a serving bowl. Gently ladle the Pasta Sauce over the Linguini and toss lightly.Â
- Garnish with Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese and serve hot.Â
Directions for the Meatballs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray baking sheet. In a saucepan, bring DeMassimo’s Authentic Pasta Sauce to a gentle simmer.
- In a medium bowl, combine Beef and Pork then incorporate the Egg, diced Onion, minced Garlic, Parmesan Cheese, Parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients together.Â
- In a small bowl, mix Bread Crumbs with Water. Bread Crumbs will absorb the water and puff up. Add this mixture to the meat mixture and mix all together with your hands.Â
- Shape the meat mixture into 2-inch balls.
- Arrange Meatballs onto prepared baking sheet, leaving ½-inch between each meatball.
- Bake for about 20 minutes and then finish another 5-10 minutes in the simmering sauce.
- Serve with Linguini or on the side.
